Bernie’s Top 44 Picks from the 2016 Barrett Jackson Northeast Docket

For the first time ever, Barrett Jackson decided to switch things up and hold an auction in the greatest section of the United States. That’s right, on June 23rd to June 25th, Barrett Jackson will hold it’s third auction of 2016 in the northestern part of the United States.

One of my favorite things to do is to see what will cross the auction block and pick out the vehicles that easily catch my eye. This docket was hard- the auction is being held in the Tri-State area- where having a car is considered a luxury, moreso than a necessity (definitely in the metropolitan New York City area). Also, the first time Barrett Jackson switches to a new city, the first year is the hardest year. (Reno, anyone?) Luckily I was able to find 44 cars I liked and also two cars in which Barrett Jackson made a mistake and revealed who the previous owner was.

Lot57.1 Lot57

Before I get into my selection, I wanted to call out the two cars in Lot 57 and Lot 57.1. Although it’s not the cars’ fault, the reason why I could care less about them is because they were once owned by the infamous former mayor of New York, Rudy Guiliani. I don’t need to say anything else, because knowing that they were once his is a major turnoff.

And now, here’s my 44 picks from the 2016 Barrett Jackson Northeast Auction.
